The Test Prep Club – Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in The Test Prep Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Overview

The Test Prep Club is a virtual, subscription-based program offering live classes, recorded lessons, strategy guides, study tools, college planning resources, and a supportive student community. Our services focus on preparation for the SAT®, ACT®, AP® exams, and the overall college admissions process.

2. No Score Guarantee

While we are committed to providing expert instruction and high-quality resources, The Test Prep Club does not guarantee specific score improvements on standardized tests. Results may vary based on individual participation, consistency, and outside factors.

3. Membership & Billing

Membership includes full access to our test prep and college planning resources.
After a one-time enrollment fee, members are billed $30/month.
Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled.
You may cancel anytime, but please allow at least 10 days prior to your next billing date to ensure cancellation is processed in time.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting support.
To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellation must be submitted 10 days before your billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
Access to resources continues until the end of the paid term.

5. Participation & Code of Conduct

We expect all students to engage respectfully during live sessions and in the student community.
Inappropriate behavior, disruptive actions, or misuse of the platform may result in suspension or removal from the program without a refund.

6. Access & Usage

All course materials and digital content are for personal use only by the registered student.
You may not copy, share, or distribute any content without written permission.
All materials remain the intellectual property of The Test Prep Club.

7. Technology Requirements

Participants must have access to a reliable internet connection and a compatible device (computer, tablet, etc.) to participate in classes and access materials.
The Test Prep Club is not responsible for user-side technical issues.

8. Program Updates

We reserve the right to update pricing, content, or class schedules as needed.
Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes that may affect access or billing.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Student and parent information is kept confidential and used only for communication and support related to your membership.
We do not sell or share personal data.
